1. Respect: FanGold values respect for all individuals, regardless of their background, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or beliefs. As a sponsor, you are expected to uphold this value in the content and promotion of your giveaway.
2. Inclusivity: FanGold strives to be an inclusive platform for users of all backgrounds and interests. You should not exclude or discriminate against any particular group.

The following types of content are strictly prohibited in FanGold giveaways and promotions:

1. Hate Speech: Any content that promotes or encourages hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
2. Sexual and Explicit Content: Any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or that promotes or encourages sexual exploitation, harassment, or assault.

5. Spam and Fraud: Any content that is spammy in nature, that promotes scams or fraudulent schemes, or that encourages users to engage in deceptive practices.
6. Illegal Activities: Any content that promotes or encourages illegal activities or that violates any applicable laws or regulations

FanGold reserves the right to review and remove any giveaway or promotion that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion. In addition, we may take any of the following actions:

1. Issue a warning to the sponsor.
2. Temporarily or permanently suspend the sponsor's account.
3. Ban the sponsor from using our platform in the future.

By agreeing to these guidelines, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the content and promotion of your giveaway and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all FanGold users and sponsors.
